Q. What should I do if my MS Teams is managed by a Trust or District, and I can’t change the permissions?
A. If you can't change permissions because your account is managed by a Trust or District, we can assist you by contacting the appropriate administrators. Please provide your contact details to our support team at support@wayground.com, and we’ll help coordinate with them.
Q. Why can’t I see Assignments or Grades in my MS Teams channel?
A. These features are only available if your school/district uses MS Teams for Education. If your account is using the standard MS Teams (Communication) version, Wayground resources are shared as links in the channel and will not appear in the Assignments or Grades sections.
Q. Can I still share a Wayground activity on MS Teams without assigning it to a class as I used to?
A. Unfortunately, sharing an activity directly on MS Teams without assigning it to a class is no longer possible. You can still paste a join link in your MS Teams channel, but for student rostering and direct assignment, you'll need to import your MS Teams channels as Classes on Wayground.
