Share a Wayground Resource

Sharing resources on Wayground is simple and helps you collaborate with fellow teachers effortlessly.

Note: Sharing allows multiple teachers to share, view, and edit resources. However, simultaneous editing by multiple users isn't supported. Only one user can edit a resource at a time, so collaboration is smooth and error-free! Teachers you share the resource with can begin editing a few minutes after you publish it.

Share a resource with one or more teachers

1. Go to your Library and select the resource you want to share
2. Click on the 'Share' button, and select 'Share with a teacher'
3. Enter the email address of the teacher into the 'Add people via email address' bar
- Enter multiple email addresses to share the resource with more than one teacher
4. Use the drop-down options to share view access or edit access with the teacher
5. Finally, hit the 'Share' button

Get a shareable link to a resource

1. Go to your Library and select the resource you want to share
2. Click on the 'Share' button, and select 'Copy link'

A shareable link will be copied to your clipboard.

Share a resource with a team

1. Go to your Library and select the resource you want to share
2. Click on the 'Share' button, and select 'Share with team'
3. Select the team you want to share your resource with
